Human Resources Manager

Regional Human Resources Manager

Multi-site service-based organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to support operations across multiple Midwest and Southern locations. This role will partner closely with leadership on employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, policy implementation, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support managers and employees across multiple locations
Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts for salaried and hourly staff
Handle employee relations, investigations, and performance issues
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Assist with compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
Drive HR process improvements and training initiatives

Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices
Bachelor’s degree preferred
