Member Experience Front Desk Specialist

Retro Fitness Annapolis is seeking a Front Desk Staff Member to greet members, check them in, and support daily operations at our facility. You will help ensure a friendly, efficient experience for all members while upholding brand standards. You will handle member issues, drive membership sales and retention, assist with in-store merchandise, and ensure a safe, clean environment. Shifts may include opening or closing responsibilities with proper attire and punctuality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
