Registered Nurse - Critical Care

We are seeking a highly skilled RN - Critical Care to provide urgent and specialized care to critically ill patients in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Include Rapid assessment and intervention for unstable patient conditions Monitoring vital signs and managing life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Participating in emergency response situations and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop effective care plans Educating patients and families about their conditions and care procedures Qualifications ADN or higher nursing degree Active RN license 1+ years of critical care experience preferred ACLS certification preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively under stress and handle advanced medical equipment Ideal candidates will have experience with complex procedures such as arrhythmia management, ECMO, intra-aortic balloon pump, and neuro or post-surgical ICU care.
