Strategic Real Estate & Planning Intern

Washington Metro

Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) invites students to apply for a summer internship in the Office of Real Estate. The program offers hands-on experience in property research, data management, and portfolio support across Metro-owned properties. Interns will rotate across departments based on their major and will be supervised by an executive or designee. The position runs up to thirteen weeks and focuses on practical transit industry work in a preparatory capacity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
