Job Description

Assists in development, design, and implementation of new business processes and systems for FlexStaff careers. Assists planning and facilitating departmental meetings, key events and special projects. Administers and coordinates various marketing initiatives in support of organization marketing strategy and implementation, including but not limited to FlexStaff content creation and overall community management across all FlexStaff brand channels for job seekers, travelers and commercial clients.

Job Responsibility

• Coordinates the execution of various marketing communications vehicles including print ads, digital advertising, and collateral material.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders on various marketing content and communication initiatives, including content creation of graphics and copy for social media posts for the FlexStaff brand.

• Assists with coordinating activities of vendors as they relate to the creation and fulfillment of the marketing initiatives.

• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for covered products; delivers various communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.

• Coordinates the distribution of departmental communications in partnership with the leadership team; researches and evaluates new technology solutions for assigned projects.

• Budgets management, including the tracking of departmental expenses.

• Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

• Experience with WordPress and Canva, preferred.

• Proficiency in muti-platform paid social advertising, specifically Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, preferred.

When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $66300.00-$86060.00/year
