Relocation Consultant

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Relocation Consultant will manage a caseload of transferees, administer relocation policies, and coordinate various relocation services while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Manage and audit expense reports for transferees renting homes at their origin Coordinate authorized relocation services including household goods shipment and home rental assistance Build relationships with third-party service providers and ensure compliance with service level agreements Required qualifications 1-3 years of general office experience, preferably in relocation or real estate Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; proficiency in MS Office is preferred Bachelor's degree is preferred, but related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education Outstanding customer service and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
