Outbound Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Position: Outbound Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
Pay: $20.00-$20.00
Location: Norco, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and shipping operations. This position will primarily focus on picking orders using warehouse equipment and RF scanners. Candidates must have experience operating multiple types of forklifts and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to locate and confirm inventory
• Operate warehouse equipment to retrieve and move product
• Stage completed orders for outbound shipment
• Assist with loading, staging, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Verify product and quantities for accuracy
• Follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse picking/outbound experience
• Must have experience operating all three:
  • Order Picker
  • Stand-Up Reach Forklift
  • Sit-Down Forklift
• Experience using an RF scanner
• Strong picking and order fulfillment experience
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday-Friday
