Job Address: 7162 Reading Rd Ste 400 Cincinnati, OH 45237 Receptionist - Full Time Pay Range: $16-19/hr Job Description Leora, a dual diagnosis outpatient program, is hiring for a full‑time receptionist. The receptionist performs a variety of secretarial and clerical support duties for the facility, ensuring the timely, efficient, and organized flow of operations for the program. Duties may include, but are not limited to, computer word processing, use of medical information systems, typing with speed and accuracy, establishing and maintaining a filing system, and handling medical terminology, business correspondence, and confidential information. The role requires working independently with minimal supervision, dealing with sensitive, flexible, and mature interactions with mentally ill clients. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include maintaining a smooth workflow, handling confidential information, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with office supply ordering and inventory.
