We are looking for an experienced Erection Crew Foreman to lead field crews on structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects throughout Maryland, Virginia, and DC.

 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the erection crew on active job sites
• Read and interpret structural, erection, and shop drawings
• Plan daily sequencing, rigging, and equipment needs
• Coordinate with project management on schedules and field fit issues
• Enforce jobsite safety practices (fall protection, rigging, crane signaling)
• Track daily progress and labor hours, report status to the office
• Identify and communicate fit-up issues back to the shop

Requirements:

• 5+ years structural steel erection experience, including 2+ years as a foreman or lead
• Strong background in structural steel and misc metals (stairs, handrails, platforms)
• Comfortable reading structural and erection drawings
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Rigging and signal person experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites across MD, VA, DC
