Branch ManagerReports To: Regional Branch ManagerShift: Monday through FridayStatus: ExemptAbout Applied Behavior Center for Autism:At the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, our mission is to provide individualized, evidence-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.Position Overview: The Branch Manager provides direction, instruction and guidance to therapists at the center, for the purpose of achieving daily goals. An effective leader will know their team members' strengths, weaknesses and motivations. The Branch Manager needs to be organized, able to delegate duties, communicate effectively, manage and monitor the performance of staff.Required Qualifications:3 years of supervisory/management experience, including direct supervision of employees.Compensation: Pay Range: $52,000 - $60,000+ depending on relevant management experience.Benefits:3% match 401k plan9 PTO days + 9 paid holidaysFull health, dental, and vision insuranceReferral Bonus SystemKey Responsibilities:Management:Communicate and implement essential company policies, responsibilities, events, and other information to staff.Organize, plan, and communicate company events.Oversight of clinical physical plant and office suppliesOversight of patient medication administration and recording keepingOversight of staff documentation and implementation of clinical documentsUse company electronic data systems for scheduling and other related mattersProvide daily arrival and dismissal responsibilitiesApplicants will possess proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software programs.Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem solve, manage time effectively with respect to adhering to a daily schedule which includes scheduling multiple patients with therapists daily.Collaboration:Communicate, collaborate, and complete tasks with supervisor(s) and other staffRespond to client and staff questions, including communicating responsesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with pediatric and/or special needs population.Bachelor's DegreeWork Environment:The work environment is primarily within the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, which includes therapy rooms, classrooms, and common areas for client interactions.If you are passionate about working with children and making a significant impact in the lives of families affected by autism, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.Applied Behavior Center for Autism is an Equal Opportunity Employer and fully subscribes to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity.
