Lead Opportunities Our Sales Associates are provided with multiple opportunities to succeed through a steady flow of:

• Walk-in showroom traffic
• Incoming phone opportunities
• Internet and digital leads

Success at Gwinnett Place Nissan is built through strong follow-up, exceptional customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom or sales lot.
• Build strong rapport and establish lasting customer relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations on new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, performance, benefits, and available options.
• Learn and execute all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Effectively overcome objections and negotiate professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, product information, and manufacturer programs.
• Work closely with Sales Management to review objectives, planned activities, and performance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
