Senior Product Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do Senior Product Marketing Manager bridging the gap between customers, commercial and product teams. Role focuses on the Payments suite products. Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities Develop deep understanding of customers, competitors, and Airwallex’s unique edge to develop value proposition. Define, test and refine global product positioning, messaging and value proposition in collaboration with product, sales and marketing teams. Plan and drive effective product launch strategy/plan across sales, marketing, pricing and operations to bring our value proposition to life for new features and products. Deliver compelling, end-to-end customer experience across touch points alongside sales, marketing and operations – website, emails, content, decks and more. Create compelling sales enablement assets so commercial teams can effectively position, sell and scale products. Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights across channels, customers and product to test hypothesis and make data-backed decisions. Work cross-functionally across global and regional strategy, product, sales and marketing teams to drive global impact. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing or product strategy at a fast-growing tech company. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience working with commercial and product teams to launch go-to-market campaigns that grow product adoption and usage. Strong written and spoken communication skills – able to articulate complex concepts simply. Self-starter who can identify and prioritize opportunities – willing to roll up sleeves and dive deep into the assigned problem. Track record of collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams – effectively partner with sales, operations, design, marketing, product and data analytics. Preferred Qualifications Financial Services and/or Financial Technology. Experience building sales pipelines and scaling enterprise businesses.
