About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Engineering to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the AI-first development, rapid innovation, and customer-centric approach that defines the company's mission. This transformational role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to turn strategic vision into tangible customer impact. The SVP of Engineering will be responsible for building and leading a global engineering organization, owning the technical roadmap, and ensuring the platform's security, reliability, and scalability. A player-coach mentality, execution discipline, and an AI-native mindset are essential, as is the ability to balance technical debt, platform modernization, and customer requirements. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of engineering leadership experience in cloud-native or modern SaaS environments, with a strong technical background in cloud-native architecture, modern development practices, and applied AI and machine learning. The role requires a proven track record in talent acquisition and retention, as well as the ability to work closely with executive leadership and the board. Core competencies include a player-coach mentality, execution discipline, an AI-native mindset, and cross-functional fluency. While not mandatory, experience in the PRM, partner ecosystem, or GTM/RevOps technology space, as well as a background in scaling engineering organizations through different growth stages, are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a low-ego, high-urgency individual who is highly collaborative and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
