With our state-of-the-art facility, unbeatable work environment, and industry-leading compensation, you'll have the tools and resources to thrive and reach new heights in your career.Responsibilities:Answer all incoming department telephone calls according to company policies and good telephone etiquette.Direct telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary.Take written messages for occupied personnel and notify them as soon as possible regarding pending messages.Assist Customers in scheduling appointments for repairs.Organize paperwork for incoming appointments.Perform cashiering duties for payment of repairsHandle and account for the cash in and out in the assigned cash drawProvide support with emailing, typing, mail, filing, etc.Qualifications:Previous automotive / dealership experience is a plusGood communication skills both written and verbalProfessional appearance and work ethicSaturday availabilitySuperior customer service skillsHigh school diploma or the equivalentCompensation: The pay for this position is $15.30 - $19.00/hr. based on experience.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
