This full-time position covers a maternity leave assignment, serving students in PreK through 3rd grade. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license for New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain before assignment)
• Prior experience within a school setting, especially with PreK-3rd grade, preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with early learners and supporting their developmental needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to children in PreK-3rd grade
• Complete assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to foster success
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and participate in team meetings
• Adapt interventions to diverse student learning styles and needs
