Strategic Employee Relations Manager
Amazon Inc.
Amazon's North American Employee Relations team seeks an experienced ER Manager to lead proactive and crisis-response initiatives across field operations. You will partner with field managers, HR, safety, legal, and contractors to design programs that improve employee experience and address risks network-wide. The role requires traveling domestically up to 50% and on-site presence at least three days per week; you will mentor ER staff and report to an ER Principal. #J-18808-Ljbffr Amazon Inc.
