Development Coordinator

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting fundraising strategy and operations for the Global Priorities team, the full-time Development Coordinator will manage donor data within the CRM system, analyze reports, coordinate complex scheduling, and improve processes to enhance team effectiveness. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain donor and prospect data, ensuring data integrity for strategic decision-making Pull and analyze reports on fundraising metrics and support fundraiser strategies with materials and scheduling Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot system questions and implement operational improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading Proven ability to manage diverse activities and meet deadlines Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
