Seasonal Line Worker

We are looking for multiple Seasonal Line Workers at our Ripley, MN and Royalton, MN locations. The primary responsibility of R.D. Offutt Farms Seasonal Line Worker is to contribute to the farm labor and operations during harvest. Duties may involve grading potatoes, cleaning, shipping, and other duties as assigned. $15 - $18 / hour (based on experience) Discretionary Bonus Training and development, as well as opportunities to grow within the organization Job Duties: Remove foreign material and non-standard product from processing equipment as directed Work the conveyor line ensuring potatoes are graded to various standards and sorted Follow tasks and directions given by crew leader Communicate effectively with management and other team members Assist in the maintenance of buildings and equipment ensuring they are in appropriate condition Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of R.D.
