Position Summary:TCL North America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Supervisor to serve as a key Finance Business Partner (FBP) supporting assigned client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Operations, providing end-to-end financial oversight across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle while driving accuracy, efficiency, and business performance.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience managing accounts receivable and trade spend, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. This individual will play a critical role in supporting commercial decision-making, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring operational discipline across client accounts. Duties may include but are not limited to:Finance Business Partnership & Commercial SupportServe as the primary finance partner for assigned client accounts, providing ongoing financial guidance across the full business lifecyclePartner with Sales and cross-functional teams to evaluate pricing, business terms, and promotional strategiesBuild and maintain simulated P&L models to assess financial impact of business decisionsSupport pre-sales and post-sales financial analysis and deal evaluationAccounts Receivable & OTC OwnershipOwn end-to-end AR management, including invoicing, booking, clearing, and reconciliationMonitor AR aging and proactively drive resolution of outstanding balancesConduct price audits, validate EDI transmissions, and perform pre-voucher audits to ensure billing accuracyOversee customer deductions, including investigation, validation, and resolutionTrade Spend & Financial ControlManage the full lifecycle of customer-related expenses, including accruals, tracking, and performance evaluationEnsure alignment between trade spend investments and commercial objectives with a focus on ROIEstablish closed-loop processes to reduce recurring deduction issues and improve recovery ratesFinancial Analysis & ReportingPerform monthly variance analysis (actual vs. forecast/target) and identify key driversMonitor KPIs across assigned accounts, highlighting risks and opportunitiesDeliver clear, data-driven insights to support business decisionsProcess Improvement & DigitalizationIdentify and implement process improvements across OTC and finance operationsSupport finance digitalization initiatives, including system enhancements and automationContribute to continuous improvement efforts across finance and cross-functional teams Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor 's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3+ years of experience in a Finance Business Partner (FBP) or commercial finance roleStrong experience in accounts receivable, trade spend management, and financial analysisProven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insightsExperience supporting retail, distribution, or channel-driven business models preferredExposure to overseas or international AR processes is a strong plusStrong ownership mindset with high attention to detail and accountabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or progress toward certificationExperience in consumer electronics or high-volume retail environments (e.g., Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon)Advanced financial modeling skills, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysisHands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or OracleFamiliarity with EDI transactions and large retailer operational workflowsExperience managing high-volume customer deductions and dispute resolution processesExposure to finance digitalization, automation, or system implementation initiativesExperience working in a global or cross-border organization, particularly supporting HQ teams based in AsiaMandarin Chinese language proficiencyWorking Conditions:This is an on-site position based in Irvine, CA.Occasional travel may be required to support retail meetings, industry research, or internal planning sessions.Typical office environment with extended periods of computer-based analytical work.Cognitive and Physical Demands:Daily: Extended periods of sitting, computer work, data analysis, and presentation development.Frequent: Application of professional judgment aligned with company policies and strategic priorities; learning and utilizing new data platforms and analytical tools.Benefits:Vacation: Starting at 10 days per yearHealth & Wellness Days: 10 days per year (prorated based on start date)Paid Holidays: 12 days per yearMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) & Retirement PlanJob Type: Exempt, full-timeSalary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
