The New Mexico Heart Institute (NMHI) , part of Lovelace Medical Group , invites applications for a Board-Certified General/Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our expert team in Albuquerque, NM . With over 30 years of providing exceptional cardiovascular care, NMHI has become a trusted institution for both patients and providers.

This opportunity is ideal for general cardiologists looking to thrive in a hospital-based cardiology practice offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities , supported by state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative environment .

Practice Highlights:

• Join an established team of 39 cardiovascular providers .

• Practice at Lovelace Westside Hospital , a 92-bed facility equipped with advanced imaging and diagnostic services, including CT, sonography, and nuclear testing .

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating call.

• Smart Technology: See more patients without extending your day. Our providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and ensure accurate coding-leading to better work-life balance and revenue.

Candidate Qualifications:

• ABIM Board-Certified in cardiology, nuclear, and echocardiography

• Fellowship-trained in General Cardiology.

• Seeking individuals with 5+ years of experience
