Location: Wilmington, Delaware Region - Hybrid (Remote & In-Office) Must live within 40 mile radius of Wilmington, DE

What You’ll Do:

• Build and grow relationships with local businesses
• Create smart, customized marketing solutions across print, digital, and events
• Help manage campaigns from pitch to performance
• Collaborate with a creative, goal-driven team
• Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and media

What We’re Looking For:

• A track record of success in sales—especially media or advertising
• A curious, consultative approach to client relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
• A team player who’s motivated by goals and growth

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 year of Outside Sales Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong presentation skills are required
• Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at once
• Desire to exceed standards within a goal oriented organization
• Proven track record of successfully selling to small and medium sized businesses
• Media sales, including Digital Media sales, a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with CRMs
