Kinship & Adoption Support Navigator
The Buckeye Ranch
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Kinship & Adoption Navigator to support kinship caregivers and adoptive families within the Foster Care team. The role includes weekly case consultations with the OhioKAN Regional Coach to deliver services with fidelity. Primary duties include assessing family needs, developing care plans, building regional resource networks, maintaining records, and conducting home visits.
