The successful applicant will be an Advanced Practice Provider interested in working full-time in the care of patients with malignant hematology conditions. The APP will join a busy and thriving Hematology Oncology Division. This position will work in the inpatient setting.

Job duties include providing direct care to patients through comprehensive history taking, physical examinations, evaluation and treatment based on diagnostic results, performing therapeutic procedures, initiating referrals, documenting and billing, utilizing research and evidence-based decision-making, participating in quality/performance improvement activities and clinical research, supporting accreditation, compliance, and regulatory activities, demonstrating responsibility for professional practice, precepting students, and leading discharge planning process.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various environments.
