- Half-day Fridays possible, supporting excellent work-life balance
- Inpatient call coverage at a maximum of 1 in 3, including nights and weekends
- Average patient census of 25 patients per day in a traditional clinical setting
- Hospital-employed position with a community-focused nonprofit Critical Access Hospital
- Broad scope of practice including primary, inpatient, and specialty care support
- Productivity-based bonuses available
