Distribution Center Supervisor

We are looking for a Distribution Center Supervisor at our warehouse in Tacoma, WA. The schedule for this role is: Monday and Friday : Start time at 10am until completion of duties. What you’ll be doing… The Distribution Center Supervisor serves as a front-line supervisor and maintains daily production flow for outbound operations through motivating and managing DC Associates on the outbound team. In this role, the DC Supervisor will have a direct impact on the continuous improvement process to improve accuracy, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. This position will be working on the DC front-line operations (picking/checking orders) approximately 40–50% of the time. What success looks like… DC LEADERSHIP: DC metrics are met, including DC lines filled per hour above 22, order accuracy at 99.6% of lines shipped. TEAM MANAGEMENT: You are an exceptional coach, leader, and mentor for your associates. What you’ll need… 3 years of distribution experience. 1 year of supervisory experience. The associate must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel by car and plane to meetings and events. Certified (at time of hire or within 3 months of hire) to operate forklift, reach truck, stock picker, WAV picker, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment. Must successfully clear a background check through applicable pharmaceutical boards and pass a designated representative certification course as soon as eligible and maintain these clearances on an ongoing basis. Preferred Additional Education and/or Experience: Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or closely related field. 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment (so as to be eligible for the pharmaceutical board certification). Salary Info The salary range for this position is $62,400 - $66,560 annually DOE. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
