Billing Coordinator

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator to join our team. The Billing Coordinatoris responsible formanaging customer billing processes,maintainingaccuratefinancial records, processing invoices and payments, andassistingwithaccountinquiries. Reporting to the Manager of Billing and Customer Service and based out of our corporate headquarters this role works closely with customer service, accounting, and technical support teams to ensureaccurateandtimelybilling for internet services. Key Responsibilities Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule Review accounts for billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly Process payments, credits, refunds, and account adjustments Communicate with customersregardingbilling questions and payment arrangements Monitor overdue accounts andassistwith collections procedures Reconcile billing reports and prepare account summaries as needed Coordinate with internal departments to ensure correct service charges and account updates Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures Required Skills 1+ years previousbilling,technical support, or administrative experience, a highly transactional environment preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Ability to learn billing software and CRM systems quicklywe are currently using Sonar Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Preferred Skills Experience withsoftware such as Sonar and Datafileorequivalent Experience in telecommunications or internet service industry Knowledge of invoicing, collections, and payment processing Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge Bilingual skills are a plus Pay range and compensation package Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off & Holidays Free Tuition at a local leading university Employee Discounts on Internet Services Free swag Equal Opportunity Statement SP Broadband is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
