Qualifications:

• Current South Carolina Special Education Certification required
• Experience teaching or supporting students in K-5 settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse learners and staff
• Adaptability, patience, and a passion for individualized instruction
• Ability to manage caseload details and adjust to evolving needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction and support to K-5 students with a range of learning needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom culture
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage caseload-related duties as assigned
• Participate in team meetings and professional development throughout the school year
