Job Description


Job Summary:

Perform administrative and office support duties for Director of Early Childhood Education and the Plambeck Early Childhood Education Center. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, greeting families, touring prospective families, admissions, accounts receivables, accounts payable, word processing, creating, and maintaining spreadsheets, etc. The Office Associate will support the efficient operation of the Plambeck Center.

Additional Info

Required Qualifications:

High School education or GED
One year of experience experience in office environment with an emphasis on customer service.

Must be at least 19 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background investigation and HHS background check.


Must have strong human relations skills and good oral and written communication skill

Must be able to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds

General understanding of the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
