Hospital Facilities & Operations Director

University Behavioral Health of Denton is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to oversee Engineering, Maintenance, housekeeping, safety, purchasing and security for UBH Denton and affiliated facilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance and lead a team of staff and contractors. The role requires strong leadership, project management experience, and the ability to coordinate capital projects, energy use, and safety programs.
