Responsibilities

• Train physicians and clinical staff on transcatheter heart valve technology and procedures
• Perform valve crimping, case management, and device preparation during implant procedures
• Develop clinical champions and implement growth strategies within assigned territory accounts
• Deliver clinical education programs and training sessions to drive product utilization
• Collaborate with sales, clinical affairs, and internal departments on strategy and implementation

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent two years clinical education in life sciences or related field
• Minimum five years sterile environment experience in cath lab or operating room
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Clinical skills in cardiac surgery or interventional cardiology strongly preferred
• Technician or nurse-level medical training highly preferred
• Ability to travel extensively, approximately 60-70% of the time
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with self-motivation
