Customer Experience Representative (Internet Sales / BDC) Team Gillman Subaru North – Houston, TX Join One of Houston's Top Automotive Teams! Team Gillman Subaru North is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our Internet Sales Team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who are shopping for their next vehicle. Your goal is to create a great customer experience by building relationships, answering questions, and scheduling appointments with our sales team. No automotive experience? No problem. We provide training for individuals with strong customer service skills and a great attitude. What You'll Do Respond to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries. Build relationships with customers through consistent follow-up. Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team. Answer customer questions regarding inventory, pricing, financing, warranties, and the buying process. Make outbound calls to customers who have inquired about purchasing a vehicle. Keep accurate notes and customer information in our CRM. Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to help customers throughout their buying journey. Follow up after appointments to ensure an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email). Comfortable talking with new people throughout the day. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Experience Preferred (But Not Required) We welcome candidates with experience in: Customer Service Hospitality Restaurants Retail Sales Banking Apartment Leasing Call Centers Automotive Sales or BDC Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
