Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal located in Memphis, TN. The Paralegal will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues. Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, assisting attorneys in case preparation, and ensuring all client files are current and organized. Qualifications Experience in Employment Discrimination Law and Legal Document Preparation Strong Communication skills for client and team interaction Proficiency in conducting Legal Research and writing Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred At least 3 years of experience being a paralegal is highly preferred with 1 year minimum required #J-18808-Ljbffr Johnson & Bennett, PLLC
