Computer Systems Engineer in Charlotte

Job Description We are looking for a Systems Engineer to help build out our rapidly expanding infrastructure support team. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission‑critical support services and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Qualified systems engineers will have a multi‑year background in on‑premise/cloud technologies (Office 365/GSuite), advanced workstation deployment and support skills, advanced end‑user support for Windows/Apple operating systems, endpoint protection, and exceptional communications, written, organizational, and customer service skills. Skills 2 Year/4 Year Degree in Computer Science/Business‑related field. Proven working experience in deploying, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Office 365/G Suite environments. Solid experience in the configuration and administration of SonicWall firewall/VPN solutions. Extensive knowledge in supporting Windows environments (workstations/laptops). Cisco Duo experience is a plus. Experience with end‑user management tools (Autotask, ConnectWise, or related solutions). Proven ability to understand complex issues and communicate with management and staff in a professional and supportive manner. Networking experience a plus (Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti).
