Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI (100% onsite Look for a local candidate)

Job Description:
Summary:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and establishing the Automated Testing Approach and creating and performing complex Automated Application Testing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable automated test suites for web, API, and/or mobile applications using modern test frameworks and languages.
- Define and drive the overall test automation strategy, standards, and best practices across the QA organization within an Agile delivery model.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable build validation and continuous testing.
- Analyze test results, triage failures, and collaborate with developers and product owners to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve defects.
- Own and evolve test automation frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure to improve scalability, stability, and execution speed.
- Partner with software developers, solution owners, and analysts to refine acceptance criteria, ensure testability, and achieve appropriate coverage of critical user flows.
- Lead test planning for complex features and releases, including estimating effort, identifying risks, and defining regression and smoke automation coverage.
- Mentor and coach other QA and development team members on automation patterns, quality practices, and effective use of test tools.
- Monitor and report on key quality and automation metrics (e.g., coverage, flakiness, pass rates) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and introduce new automation tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance test effectiveness and maintainability.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Test Automation Development in an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) role.
- Development background in Java, JavaScript, C#, VBScript.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git, TFS, SVN.
- Scripting experience with TestComplete (SmartBear) or other GUI test automation tools.
- Experience testing Angular web applications is a plus.
