Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for managers and employees across the organization
- Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and coaching
- Oversee performance management processes, goal setting, and annual review cycles
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, policies, and documentation
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce strategy
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making
- Support benefits administration and collaborate with vendors as needed
- Mentor junior HR staff or HR Generalists
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or manager-level capacity
- Strong background in employee relations and HR operations (must-have)
- Experience in mid-sized organizations
- Solid understanding of multi-state employment law and compliance
- Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence decision-making
- Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- HRIS experience required (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar)
