Marketing Referral Representative

Location: Dallas, TX & Northeast Surrounding Area Job Type: Full-Time About the Role ARSA is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Referral Marketing Representative to grow and strengthen our referral network. This field-based role is responsible for building partnerships with physicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase patient referrals and promote exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and referral source Serve as the primary contact for provider outreach and referral-related communication Identify new referral opportunities and expand market presence Coordinate provider visits, networking events, educational programs, and community outreach initiatives Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and professional meetings Provide referral partners with educational materials and updates on services and patient outcomes Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records within CRM system Qualifications Experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, business development, or a related field Clinical, surgical, or specialty healthcare experience preferred Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skill Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platform What Makes You Successful Passion for networking and building long-term professional relationship Strong organizational and time-management skill Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving resultAbility to work independently while representing the practice professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr ARSA - Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance
