Optimal is looking for a Primary Workers' Compensation Claims Handler in Dearborn, MI. You will primarily focus on excellent customer service and quality claims handling while managing loss costs effectively. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in claims management with a strong understanding of the workers' compensation system.
