Work Hours and Location
• Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
• The primary work location will be 701 W 51st Street, Austin, Texas 78751. Position is remote at this time but could change in the future based on business needs.
• Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.
• The worker may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested.


Job Description: Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.

Level Description: 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Additional job details and special considerations: The candidate for this position should have significant experience working on large IT projects, particularly in application integrations with SailPoint IIQ and single sign-on with OKTA and Azure. The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision.


Candidate Skills and Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

Years Required/Preferred Experience 6 Required Solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodology. 6 Required Ability to collaborate with the Architects, Service Delivery Manager, Project Managers, and others relative to the SailPoint Identity IQ deployment plans. 4 Required Experience in SailPoint development (workflows, rules, connectors, policies, and other configurations). 4 Required Experience with Okta single sign-on Integration 4 Required Ability to collaborate with the Architects, Service Delivery Manager, Project Managers, and others relative to the SailPoint Identity IQ deployment plans. 4 Required Develop API services to handle access policies and access requests and integrate with external applications. 2 Preferred Experience working with Texas State Agency's
