Sourcing & Procurement Manager
Location: Buford, GA (On-Site | Monday–Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM)

About the Role:
Global Electronic Services is a fast-growing industrial electronics repair company serving customers nationwide. We are seeking a driven, hands-on Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to support our repair operations by ensuring critical parts are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time. This role is essential to keeping production moving and directly impacts service delivery, turnaround time, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase electronic components, boards, motors, drives, and related industrial parts
• Track and analyze company spend by department and category to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop, manage, and maintain purchasing budgets
• Review and approve inventory and supply requests across departments
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to support sourcing needs
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and vendor terms to optimize cost, quality, and availability
• Build and manage supplier relationships, monitoring performance in quality, delivery, and pricing
• Partner with technicians, operations, and leadership to forecast parts demand
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and system updates
• Resolve supplier issues, including back orders, shortages, and delivery delays
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience sourcing hard-to-find or obsolete electronic or industrial components
• Strong negotiation, research, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience managing budgets with a cost-conscious mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)
• Strong professional communication skills (vendor and internal stakeholder management)
• Ability to collaborate closely with technical and operations teams

Work Environment:
This is a strictly on-site role in Buford, GA, requiring full-time, 5-day per week attendance (Monday–Friday). Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. Candidates must be fully available to work in-office.
