This role is responsible for developing and executing people strategies that support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high employee engagement. As a strategic partner and hands-on leader, the HR Site Director will ensure the site attracts, retains, and develops top talent while supporting the organization's mission to deliver high-quality products and services to pharmaceutical clients.**Essential Functions***Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.** Partner with site leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives in a regulated, client-focused manufacturing environment.* Lead all aspects of HR at the site, including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, organizational development, workforce planning, training, and performance management.* Act as a Bora cultural ambassador for The Bora Way, fostering a high-performance, quality-first, and compliance-driven workplace.* Drive site-level organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting agility and responsiveness to customer and business needs.* Collaborate with corporate HR and global Centers of Excellence (COEs) to roll out company-wide programs and ensure consistency in practices.* Ensure full compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and industry-specific employment regulations, including cGMP, OSHA, FDA, and EHS standards.* Develop and lead HR metrics reporting and workforce analytics to guide decision-making and monitor key talent indicators.* Lead, coach, and develop the site HR team, building capabilities for scalable growth.* Manage site HR budget*The above statements are intended to describe the nature of work performed by those in this job and are not an exhaustive list of all duties.
