Physical Therapist AssistantWe're hiring full-time Physical Therapist Assistants to provide in-home care in either Montgomery County or Prince George's County, Maryland. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on PTA work that actually makes a difference — and you'll be doing it on a schedule you help build. This role is a good fit for PTAs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients.Provide home health physical therapy services under the direction of a supervising PT, following the established plan of careDeliver rehabilitation services focused on mobility, strength, and balanceEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safetyCommunicate patient progress to the supervising PTCoordinate with our clinical team on care planningDocument in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSkyActive Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Maryland (or eligible)2+ years of clinical experience preferredHome health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you carry a solo caseloadWellSky experience is a plus but not requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompetitive compensation — per-visit and salaried options availableMileage reimbursementCompany-issued tablet for documentationFlexible schedule — no weekends, no on-callFull benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and Aflac supplemental coverageService Areas:We're hiring more than one PTA for this role.
