This key leadership role will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and internal controls while serving as a strategic partner to business unit leadership.Responsibilities:Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activitiesManage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processesProvide financial insight and recommendations to operational leadershipOversee cost accounting, inventory, and operational finance functions as applicableEnsure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controlsPartner with leadership to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and business growthSupport audits, financial reviews, and process improvement initiativesMentor and develop accounting and finance team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experiencePrior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operational finance environments preferredStrong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and budgeting processesAdvanced Excel and ERP system experienceCPA, CMA, or MBA preferredThis position offers the opportunity to play a visible role within a dynamic organization while contributing to strategic business decisions and long-term growth.LHH Recruitment Solutions offers a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
