Youll connect with prospective and existing clients, uncover their insurance needs, and recommend personalized Auto, Home, Business, and other Property & Casualty insurance solutions. What You'll Do

Generate and follow up with new sales leads

Identify client insurance needs and coverage gaps

Prepare, present, and close insurance quotes

Recommend and sell appropriate coverage solutions

Cross-sell additional insurance products

Build long-term client relationships

Assist clients with policy changes and coverage reviews

Maintain accurate client and sales records

What Were Looking For

Were looking for motivated, professional, and career-minded individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers protect what matters most. Previous insurance experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.

Licensing Requirement: Candidates must currently hold or be willing to obtain an Alabama Property & Casualty Insurance License before beginning employment. The Hadder Agency offers partial reimbursement of eligible licensing costs after successful completion of the training period.
