Licensed Insurance Sales Agent/ Agency Producer 2Our local Allstate Agency is seeking high energy, driven and motivated individual to become part of our winning sales team.Experience in property and casualty insurance sales is a must.Required SkillsGoal oriented and competitive in a sales environmentAbility to influence othersAbility to multitaskInitiative and Self MotivatedStrong listening, oral and written communicationsAbility to source existing and new customers for new business opportunitiesProblem solving and analytical thinkerAbility to create and maintain business relationships with prospects and policyholdersMust be trustworthy, dependable and ethicalAbility to overcome objections and close the saleMust be willing to participate in local marketing eventsResponsibilities IncludeContact prospects and current policyholders for appointmentsMeet production goalsWe will develop and train on strategies, sales techniques, sales processes and much more.Base salary plus commission along with many bonus opportunities.
