Work Environment\n

Our innovative practice fosters a remote work setting, ensuring flexibility and a better work-life balance. While you will primarily engage in virtual consultations with clients, you will also have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues through case conferences and team meetings. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient availability and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately evaluate patients' psychological status and identify appropriate treatment plans.

• Create and implement individualized treatment strategies tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to enhance clients’ emotional well-being and develop essential coping skills.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic treatment for each patient.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and therapeutic resources during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources to promote understanding and engagement in care.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in professional development opportunities and stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices through continuous research and learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health conditions that affect individuals from different backgrounds. Our clients often face unique challenges that require personalized and culturally competent approaches to therapy. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their feelings and improve their everyday lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid clinical license as a LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in Illinois.
\n
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and trauma-informed care principles.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, make accurate diagnoses, and formulate effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a talent for building therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients.

• Competency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate documentation and management of patient information.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant post-licensure therapeutic experience is highly preferred.

• Experience delivering therapy to individuals and groups, utilizing a variety of approaches.
