Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in our clients' journeys toward mental wellness through the following key responsibilities:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong clinical skills without supervision.

• A clean disciplinary record regarding licensure.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for client sessions, including telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
