You will be:

• Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Time Management: Be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the demands of a busy retail environment

What they will do:

• Prepare and verify shipping manifests, bills of lading, and related documentation for all outgoing shipments.
• Cross-check cargo details (weight, dimensions, and contents) against purchase orders.
• Coordinate with coordinators and the management team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Use shipping and inventory management software (Status of Sends, FedEx) to track and update shipment statuses.
• Flag and resolve discrepancies quickly to prevent delays or compliance issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs requirements, and freight terminology.
• Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
