Shipping Clerk

Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our Fulfillment Center team in Branford, CT. This role is responsible for preparing, packing, and processing outbound shipments accurately and efficiently while supporting daily fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, pack, and process outbound shipments for wholesale and e-commerce orders Generate and process shipping labels using carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) Verify order accuracy against packing slips and system records Coordinate shipment priorities and timelines with internal teams Maintain an organized and efficient shipping area Assist with inventory counts and basic inventory tracking Communicate shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies to management Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Prior shipping, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Schedule & Compensation Full-time position Schedule and compensation based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
