CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

Shift: 2nd Shift (5 day work week, 8 hour shifts, 2:15‑10:45PM) Overtime Available Responsibilities Set‑up, load and run product into the CNC machine Perform daily maintenance on equipment and clean work area after each shift Perform manual deburring operations as needed Follow Process Routing Document; perform inspection and legibly record results Complete reports and other associated paperwork Communicate with management, supervisors, operators, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues Follow all applicable Quality Management System procedures, work instructions and forms Safeguard company, customer and supplier property (electronic, intellectual and physical) Manage assigned records (as owner) Qualifications Must have 1‑3 years of experience with Vertical/Horizontal CNC Milling High school diploma or GED is required Experience reading blueprints and using calipers, height gauges and micrometers Proficient with machining operations such as drilling, turning and tapping Familiar with vertical and horizontal machines; Bridgeport experience preferred Demonstrates inspection competence and basic mathematical skills Has both mechanical and technical capacity Fluency in written and spoken English is required EEO Statement Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirming action employer.
