Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services
• Develop and implement effective staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage and support to meet the needs of our patients
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans, addressing patient needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nevada
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions
